Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 96 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
• If Cancellation made within 96 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy 

•  Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 4 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children between age 4 to 12 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 12 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• Operational hours during Ramadan will be as follows;

           At the top: 10:00 hours – 01:00 hours (23:45 last entries) 
           Peak hours: 15:00 to 18:30 hours(inclusive) 
           At the Top SKY: 11:00 hours - 01:00 hours (last entry at 23:30 hours) 

• Peak hours: 

           Off-peak hours - 11:00 - 17:00 hours (inclusive) 
           Peak hours: 18:00 - 23:30 hours (inclusive) 
           The Lounge: same to current ( foods and breakfast will be served only at L154) 
           At the Top + Café package from 10:00 - 20:30 hours (inclusive) 

• Booking voucher on bookings at the entrance of the attraction - you must download the ticket from the Booking Admin Panel and carry it separately
• Burj Khalifa attractions tickets have different time slots. You can choose the currently available time slots in our websites for the Burj Khalifa Ticket
• Along with the Ticket Voucher, bring your Passport copy/ Emirates ID. Present it at the Top “ Will Call” counter
• The booking confirmation is only valid for the specified date and time shown. It will automatically expire upon the lapse of the specified date and time
• Pickup will be scheduled at your Dubai Hotel (no pickups from the airport)
• Tickets are only valid for 1-time use and not subject to exchanges or refunds of any kinds
• Damaged /lost/stolen tickets are not refundable, replaceable, or exchanged in any manner
• When a booking is made and set at a rate below the actual rate, Dubai Tours n Travel Tourism has the right to demand for the additional amounts. Agents are required to accept the services before the cancellation period. Otherwise, the booking will be released automatically without any penalty.
• This product cannot be individually sold to an end customer at lower rates than the attraction’s gate prices. However, it can be discounted if in combination with other products and under no circumstances should the product’s standalone price be featured less than the actual gate price.
• The pick and drop off timings can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 - 60 minutes on Sharing transfers (depends on location/traffic)
• Sharing transfers are offered from Bur Dubai, Deira, Marina, and Sheikh Zayed

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
• Further follow up will be conducted via phone call on an international number days before the trip. We will also send you messages via WhatsApp informing you of your arrangements pertaining your Arabian Desert tour.
