Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 96 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
• If Cancellation made within 96 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 4 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children between age 4 to 12 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 12 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• You  are required to download the ticket from the booking admin panel and show it
• at the entrance alongside the booking voucher.
• According to the Burj Khalifa Attraction tickets, each one has a
• different time slot and thus our website allows you to choose the running
• ticket slots.
• Pick up plans will be made from your Abu Dhabi Residence/ hotel but not the airport.
• If you want to pick up away from your hotels/residence in Abu Dhabi, issue special request and you will incur extra charges.
• Visitors should arrive approximately 30 minutes earlier than the scheduled time depending on their bookings.
• Come with either your Ticket voucher, Passport copy or Emirates Id and give it at the ‘Will Call’ booth.
• The reservation automatically expires after a given time lapse.
• Dubai Tours n Travel Tourism has a right of requesting any amount left in case a booking is processed at a lower fee than the normal charges. Agents have to accept the services in advance of the cancellation deadline to avoid the booking being auto-canceled and get no refund.
• Tickets are one-time and cannot be refunded independent of the circumstances.
• This product is not subject to any form of discounts apart from when it’s a joint offer with other products. If sold alone, it should never be sold at lower prices other than the quoted gate price.
• Transfer sharing is accessible in various areas such as Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Deira, and Marina.
• Transfer sharing timing: Pick up in the morning: 10:00 am -11:00 am and drop off at 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm.
• Pick up in the evening from 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm and drop off from 9:00pm-9: 30 pm.
• Both strollers and wheelchairs are available.
• While on sharing transfers, 30 – 60 minutes adjustments may exist on your pick up / drop of time depending on your locality and traffic flow.
• Address 1: Burj Khalifa – 1 Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Blvd – Dubai.
• Address 2: The Dubai Aquarium – Ground and level 2, the Dubai Mall, Dubai.

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
• Further follow up will be conducted via phone call on an international number days before the trip. We will also send you messages via WhatsApp informing you of your arrangements pertaining your Arabian Desert tour.
