Cancellation Policy

• In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged below 13 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 13 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• All visitors must bring along a hard copy of their downloaded E-tickets (from our website). It will be submitted at admissions at the main entrance
• You must carry along a photo of ID Card (needed during admission)
• Pickup at Dubai hotel/ residence can be scheduled ( not from the Airport)
• Pick up from other areas can be done upon request with an extra fee
• Transfer services are offered (select With Transfer option when booking)
• River Land Uniquely amazingly themed dining and retail destinations at the heart of Dubai Parks and resorts with 4 themed zones. It features to more than 50 shops and restaurants (free of charge to guests)
• If a booking below the actual rate is made, the Dubai Tours n Travel has the right to ask for full payments. Agent must accept the service prior to the cancelation period, or the booking will be automatically released without any penalty
• This product cannot be independently sold to an end customer at lower rates than the attraction’s gate prices. However, it can be discounted if in combination with other products and under no circumstances should the product’s standalone price be featured less than the stated gate price
• Dubai parks and resorts operational hours are subject to Ramadan
• Eating and drinking outdoors is prohibited during Ramadan
