Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
• If Cancellation made within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children between age 3 to 10 / below 1.1 meters height will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 10 / above 1.1 meters  will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• Inside the park, you can find ATMs throughout the park and more specifically on the plaza level near the gate
• In case you have stuff you don’t need inside the park, lockers are available on the plaza level for only 35AED and if you have language, it can also be stored for a minimum fee of AED 45
• Welfare is taken care of in that there are babysitting and changing facilities at Mezzanine levels and on the Plaza
• Strollers for hire are available at the Stroller Rental Counter for only AED 45
• There are also rooms for conducting prayers on the plaza
• Dedicated zones for smoking are available on the plaza
• If you have no Ferrari option for shared transfers in your ticket, you should pick your tickets directly from our office
• Dubai Tours n Travel Tourism has the mandate to receive the difference in amount when a booking is completed at a lower rate than the normal rate. To avoid the booking being released automatically with no fine, the agent has to accept the services before the closing limit
• This product is not subject to any form of discounts apart from when it’s a joint offer with other products. If sold alone, it should never be sold at lower prices other than the quoted original gate price
• All the timings are susceptible to adjustments during the Ramadhan period
• While on sharing transfers, 30 – 60 minutes modifications per trip schedule may exist on your pick up / drop of time depending on your locality and traffic flow
• Working hours of Ferrari World Theme Park during the Ramadhan period:
• Sunday to Wednesday; 11:00 am – 6:00 pm and Thursday to Saturday; 11:00 am –10:00pm.
