Cancellation Policy

• In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable

Child Policy

• Children below 1 year of age and under 0.8 meters height will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children below  12 years and under 1.2 meters height will be considered as child and entry will be charged as per child cost.
• Children above 12 years and 1.2 meters height will be considered as adult and entry will be charged as per adult cost.

• The  company only organizes pick up from your Abu Dhabi residence. No pick up from the airport.
• If you need pick up away from your hotels in Abu Dhabi, issue a special request and you will pay for an extra fee.
• Since some places are closed on various days or during weekends, if your tour coincides with such, that is not our problem and we will not compensate anything.
•  The Mosque dress code must be adhered to when entering the Sheikh Zayed
•  Mosque in Abu Dhabi. No entry will be allowed for visitors wearing revealing clothes such as shorts, transparent clothes, skirts, sleeveless shirts, beachwear and tight clothing.
•  Dubai Tours n Travel Tourism has a right of requesting any amount left in case a booking is processed at a lower fee than the normal charges. Agents have to accept the services in advance of the cancellation deadline to avoid the booking being auto-canceled without refund.
•  You have to dress clothes covering your full body and have a scarf with you so as to get an entry into the mosque.
•  During the touring activity, either private or sharing transfer option is available, dependent on your reservation.
•  Modifications regarding a trip schedule on the time of your pick up/ drop off on sharing transfers are possible. Modifications range between an hour or half an hour depending on your locality and road-traffic.

•  Operating time of Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is 4:00pm on Fridays.
•  On Fridays, pick up for Abu Dhabi City trip will be planned starting from 11:30 am and not exceeding 12:00pm.
