Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
• If Cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• Transfer options are accessible on private and sharing depending on the booking selection 
• Pickups will be scheduled from your Dubai residence as per your booking choices (not from the Airport) 
• Additional charges will be made for pickup requests in other areas apart from Dubai
• Depending on your booking selection, sharing transfers will be offered from Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina, DIP, Dragon Mart, International City, Greens, Motor City, and Dubai land. 
• Some locations may not be accessible for visitors during specific days as weekends. On such occasions, we don't hold any responsibility, and therefore no compensation will be adjusted 
• If a booking is confirmed at a lower rate, the Dubai Tours n Travel tourism has the right to request for the difference amount. Agents are required to accept the service before the cancellation period, or the booking will be processed automatically without penalty 
• You can modify your pick up/drop off timings on Sharing transfers as per the trip schedule by 30 - 60 minutes ( based on your location/traffic conditions
• Photography stops at Jumeirah Beach, Atlantis Hotel, and Dubai Museum 
• Drive-by - Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah Mosque, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall

Special Note: No timing changes during Ramadan. Visitors can carry their lunch in Dubai Mall, but it can only be consumed in the cars. No eating, chewing gum, or drinking in public. 

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
• Further follow up will be conducted via phone call on an international number days before the trip. We will also send you messages via WhatsApp informing you of your arrangements pertaining your Arabian Desert tour.
