Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 12 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
• If Cancellation made within 12 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

•  In  the course of the touring activity, either private or shared transfer option is available, dependent on your reservation.
•  Arrangements concerning your pick-up will be done from Abu Dhabi hotels, not from the airport.
•  If you want to pick up away from Dubai hotels/residence in Abu Dhabi, issue a special request and you will incur extra charges.
•  Transfer sharing is limited to various areas such as Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Deira, and Marina.
•  This tour is unsuitable for women who are pregnant or persons who experience backache.

• Special arrangements will be made if pick up is from the Dubai parks and
• Resorts at additional charges.
• Dubai Tours n Travel Tourism has a right of requesting any amount left in case a booking is processed at a lower fee than the normal charges. Agents have to accept the services in advance of the cancellation deadline to avoid the booking being auto-canceled and get no refund.
• Government policy applies during the month of Ramadhan and on dry days,neither alcohol nor live entertainment is allowed.
• While on sharing transfers, 30 – 60 minutes adjustments may exist on your pick up / drop of time depending on your locality and traffic flow.
• A quad bike with only 150 cc is provided for 20 minutes and it should be used in the respective area only.
• Note better: throughout the Ramadhan period, guests are limited to non-alcoholic beverages and dinner whilst in the camp. Alcoholic drinks,music, Belly dance show and Tanoura dance will remain closed.
•  Male Tanoura Dance and Bely Dance will be available during the Ramadhan period.
•  Effective of 6th May 2019, timings for desert safari pick up will be from 4:00 pm to 4:30 pm.
