Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
• If Cancellation made within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children below 3 years / under 1.05 meters height will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children above 6 years / above height 1.05 meters will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above height 1.2 meters will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• Transfer options are available (select Sharing /Private option when booking)
• Sharing transfers are offered only from Deira, Sheikh Zayed, Bur Dubai, and Marina
• Dubai Residence /Hotel pick up will be arranged for you but not from the Airport
• Pick up form other locations can be requested (with extra fee)
• Carry your hard copy Tickets (downloaded from our website). Present it during admission at the entrance
• Disabled guests are required to enter the theme park on a full day priced ticket. Must provide proof of disability (one helper is allowed in the park for free)
• This product cannot be independently sold to an end customer at lower rates than the attraction’s gate prices. However, it can be discounted if in combination with other products and under no circumstances should the product’s standalone price be featured less than the main gate price
• Booking made below the original rate is made; the Dubai Tours n Travel has the right to ask for full payments. Agent must accept the service prior to the cancelation period, or the booking will be automatically released without any penalty
• We offer a free shuttling service from the Dubai hotels to IMG (areas are listed in the shuttle service link)
• The pick and drop off timings can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 - 60 minutes on Sharing transfers (based on location/traffic conditions)

• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
