Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
• If Cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• You are required to download the ticket from the booking admin panel and show it at the entrance alongside the booking voucher.
•  Pick up plans will be made from your Abu Dhabi Residence/ hotel but not the airport.
•  If you want to pick up away from your hotels/residence in Abu Dhabi, issue a special request and you will incur extra charges.
• Transfer sharing is accessible in various areas such as Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Deira, and Marina.
• To avoid complications at the entrance, kindly download an E-Ticket.
• Both children below 3 years and pregnant women are not permitted in the glass boat.
•  Depending on your booking, you should arrive early by about 10 to 30 minutes for convenience.
•  Working hours include Sundays – Wednesdays, 10:00 am – 11:00 pm and Thursdays – Saturdays, 10:00 am – 12:00 midnight.
• Guests are allowed to board and ride a glass-bottom boat so as to get fantastic scenery underwater.
• Both strollers and wheelchairs are available.
• Dubai Tours n Travel Tourism has a right of requesting any amount left in case a booking is processed at a lower fee than the normal charges. Agents have to accept the services in advance of the cancellation deadline to avoid the booking being auto-canceled and get no refund.
•  This product is not subject to any form of discounts apart from when it’s a joint offer with other products. If sold alone, it should never be sold at lower prices other than the quoted original gate price.
• The 48 meters tunnel gives you 270 degrees when viewing from 11 meters underneath the tank.
•  While on sharing transfers, 30 – 60 minutes modifications may exist on your pick up / drop of time depending on your locality and traffic flow.
