Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
• If Cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 5 years will be allowed free of cost as long as the child does not occupy a seat to the exclusion of a fare-paying passenger.
• Children between age 5 to 15 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 15 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate

• Wheelchairs are available
• Mobile vouchers are not acceptable on the tour (check for the payment option)
• Carry with you a hard copy of your time during the tour (required at the city sightseeing counter)
• Carry a photo ID (required for identification purposes at the City Sightseeing Bus Boarding)
• When a booking is made and confirmed at a rate below the actual rate, Dubai Tours n Travel Tourism has the right to demand the additional amounts. Agents are required to accept the services before the cancellation period. Otherwise, the booking will be released automatically without penalty
• The 3/7 days pass ticket option includes (1-day ticket inclusions and city sightseeing at Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo, and Sharjah and Ajman)
• Modern/historic Route: departs every 20 minutes
• Golden Route departures (every 30 minutes)

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
• Further follow up will be conducted via phone call on an international number days before the trip. We will also send you messages via WhatsApp informing you of your arrangements pertaining your Arabian Desert tour.
