Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
• If Cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• Transfer options are offered (select Sharing /Private option when booking)
• Pickup/Drop off at your residence /hotel in Dubai will be scheduled (not from the airport)
• Pick up from other locations can be done upon request with an extra fee
• Sharing transfer is provided from Deira, Sheikh Zayed, Bur Dubai, up to Marina

• Booking made below the original rate is made - the Dubai Tours n Travel has the right to ask for full payments. Agent must accept the service prior to the cancelation period, or the booking will be automatically released without any penalty
• Live entertainment is not offered during Ramadan. Alcoholic drinks are served based as per government guidelines

• The pick and drop off timings can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 - 60 minutes on Sharing transfers (based on location/traffic conditions)
