Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
• If Cancellation made within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy 

• Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• Minimum of 2 people needed for the booking 
• Minimum of 3 days prior booking is necessary for your tour date
• The package covers Oman Border Cross visa Stamp
• Remember to email us the front page of your passport when booking online 
• Pick and drop, Buffet Lunch, water, and cold drinks are included in the price 

• You get a confirmation immediately after filling out our online form and submitting.
• Additionally, details of your tour will be availed to you by our booking team via email.
• Further follow up will be conducted via phone call on an international number days before the trip. We will also send you messages via WhatsApp informing you of your arrangements pertaining your Arabian Desert tour.
